Crazy Crust Pizza Recipe

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 small cans mushrooms
pizza sauce
shredded cheese

1 cup flour
1 t. salt
1 t. italian seasoning
1/8 t. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk

Grease and flour a large cookie sheet/jelly roll pan.

Mix batter ingredients and pour in pan. Add meat and mushrooms UNCOOKED!

Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes, add pizza sauce and cheese and bake an additional 10-15

Another winner recipe from Zandra. I haven't made this for years, but I remember being afraid of not cooking the ground beef before putting in the oven-believe me it turns out great! (Why do you think
B & B pizza is soooooooooo good? Raw burger on the crust!)
