3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar (use red wine vinegar, cider or white)

1 cup oil

1 t. salt and dash of worcheshire sauce

approximately 1/4 cup raspberry simple syrup

Directions:

Heat sugar and vinegar until sugar dissolves. Cool and add oil and raspberry syrup.

I use Raspberry Savannah Mix for this dressing if available. If not, cook frozen or fresh raspberries with sugar and vinegar and strain.
This is great drizzled over a salad of mixed greens, spinach, strawberries, grapes and sliced almonds.
