Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
3 T vinegar
4 t. milk
1 1/2 t. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. garlic powder

10 oz. package frozen peas-thawed
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/4 cup chopped onions
6 slices bacon-fried and crumbled

Mix dressing ingredients together and chill.
Pour dressing over other ingredients and chill.
