2 6-oz pkg of Baker’s white chocolate
½ c crushed peppermint (total 8-9 reg. candy canes)
1 c. chocolate chips
½ tsp peppermint extract
¼ c. crushed peppermint
Directions:

1. Line a baking pan with wax paper or parchment paper.

2. MICROWAVE morsels in medium, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70 percent) power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional intervals, stirring until smooth. Mix about 1/2 c. of the crushed peppermints into the white chocolate. Spread the white chocolate on the prepared pan. Chill until firm, about 15 minutes

3. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate, and peppermint extract together in microwave, stirring frequently, until just melted. Quickly pour the chocolate layer over the chilled white chocolate layer; spread evenly. Sprinkle with the remaining peppermint pieces about ¼ c.; chill until firm, about 20 minutes. Cut or break into small pieces to serve.
