Crust:
4 c. flour
2 t.salt
1-1/2 c.well chilled Criscp
8-16T. ice cold water

3 lbs. apples (more)
1 c water
1-1/4 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make crust and refrigerate while making apple filling. Peel, core and slice apples. Bring water, sugar and other ingredients to a boil. Add apples Cook for about 10 min. Mix together 2 T. cornstarch and 1.4 c. water. Pour into apples and cook until thickened. Line jell roll pan with parchment paper and spray with baking spray. Roll out half of the dough and fit into prepared pan. Add apples and top with second crust. Make slits in top crust to allow steam to escape. Bake about 45 min. at 425º. Lower oven if getting too brown. Frost finished apple slices when cool.

Frosting:
1-1/2 - 2 c. confectioners sugar
pinch of salt
1/8 t. vanilla
Milk to make frosting consistency (should be pouring consistency but not watery)
