3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. oil
2 (9-oz) pkg. creamed spinach, thawed
1 (3-oz) jar pignoli nuts*
1 tbsp. leaf basil (1 tsp. dried leaves)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
While spaghetti is cooking, saute garlic in hot oil in large skillet just until tender. Add spinach, nuts, basil, and cheese. Cook just until thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes. Drain spaghetti when done. Reheat sauce, if necessary, and toss with spaghetti.

*Pine nuts. When these are not available, walnuts or pecans can be substituted.
