Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 C brown sugar
2/3 C liquid shortening
2 eggs
1 C buttermilk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 C flour
1 1/2 C rhubarb, chopped
1/2 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in order.

Pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake at 325 50 - 60 minutes.
