2 medium carrots, cut in 1" pieces
2 stalks celery, cut in 1" pieces
1 small onion, quartered
2 C water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 C milk
1/4 C flour
2 1/2 C Cheddar cheese cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Put carrots, celery, onion, water and bouillon cubes into blender.
Cover and process 2 cycles at GRIND until vegetables are finely chopped.
Pour into saucepan, cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
Put milk, four and cheese into blender. Cover and process at LIQUEFY until mixture is smooth.
Stir into vegetable mixture - cook until thickened.
