Grind:
10 to 12 large cucumbers
3 cups onion (ground)
2 cups celery (ground)
1/4 cup red and green peppers
Put together with 6 cups water and 3/4 cup salt.

Let stand overnight.
Drain well. Next morning boil:
4 cups vinegar
5 cups sugar
2 teaspoons mustard seed
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Directions:
Directions:
Put in vegetables. Cook for 12-15 minutes until clear. Seal in jars while hot. Makes approximately 5 pints.
