7 cups ground zucchini
1 green pepper
3 medium onions
4 large carrots
1 tablespoon salt
4 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Ground Zucchini

Grind: green pepper, onions, carrots, and salt. Combine and let set for 3 hours. Drain off juice.

Add: sugar, vinegar, celery seed, turmeric and mustard seed. Boil 20 minutes. Put in sterile jars and seal.
Great in potato salad and deviled eggs.
