5 - 8oz pkgs cream cheese
1 3/4 C sugar
3 Tblsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp vanilla
6 eggs
1/4 C half & half cream

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of springform pan with graham cracker crust recipe. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
Preheat oven to 425.

Beat cream cheese until creamy.
Add sugar and beat well.
Add flour, salt, lemon peel and vanilla. Beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Blend in cream, pour into prepared pan.

Bake 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 250 and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Turn oven off, open door and remove it when cook and slightly golden.
Chill overnight.
