4 C sifted flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 can (sm 303) Libby pumpkin
2 C sugar
1 C milk
4 eggs
1/2 C softened butter
2 pecan/chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 6 ingredients - set aside
Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk, and eggs in mixing bowl.
Add dry ingredients & Butter, mix until well blended.
Stir in nuts.
Spread in well greased loaf pans

Bake at 350 for 45-55 min, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

** Bread may be frozen.
