1 egg, beaten
½ cup milk
1 (6 oz) package of yellow cornbread mix
⅓ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
⅓ cup cream-style corn
1 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped, fresh, jalapeno chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Grease with shortening or cooking spray one 8 inch square oven proof baking pan then place into the oven for 7 to 8 minutes or until hot.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into hot pan. Bake at 400ºF for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
