1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
tsp. salt
tsp. nutmeg
⅛ tsp. ground cloves
c. margarine (melted)
1 c. pumpkin ( 16oz can)
1 egg (beaten)
⅓ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Grease and flour 9" x 5" loaf pan.

Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl.

In a separate bowl mix pumpkin, egg and water.

Make a well in the center of dry ingredients then add magarine and pumpkin mixture

Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.

Pour into loaf pan.

Bake 1 hr 10 min., 40-45 minutes if baking mini-loaves
