Cooked white rice (2 to 3 cups usually feeds our family)
Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce
Mixed Veggies (we use the peas,carrots, and green beans usually)
2 to 3 eggs
Meat of your choice, although why you wouldn't choose bacon I will never understand

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the meat.
Add in the veggies and cook (you may need oil to cook if you didn't use bacon...sesame oil is best)
Add the eggs and scramble them next to the rest of the ingredients.
Add some sesame oil and the rice.
Pour in soy sauce to taste.

Mix it all together and let cook a little while longer.
