4 egg whites
1 1/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp cornstarch
1 pint heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar, 1 tbs at a time beating well after every addition.

Gently add vanilla, lemon juice and cornstarch..

I use a pastry piper to pipe the pavlovas on the sheet.

Cook it until light brown.

I serve it with cut fruit -strawberries, blueberries. And whipped cream.
