2 eggs, beaten with fork
2 tsp water
˝ tsp salt
1˝ to 2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, water and salt in a bowl. Mix in enough flour to make a stiff dough that isn’t sticky. Roll out on floured board until very thin. Sprinkle flour on top of dough so it won’t stick together. Roll up like a jelly roll. Slice dough to desired widths, unroll & let stand dry. Break into shorter pieces if desired.
