Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1½ c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. baking powder
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cloves
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
1⅔ c. flour
2 large eggs
½ c. oil
1 c. pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
½ c. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Sift together the first 8 ingredients.
Add eggs, oil, pumpkin and orange juice and mix well until well combined.
Pour into prepared standard loaf pan that has been sprayed lightly with Pam.
Bake for 1¼ to 1½ hours until no batter shows on tester inserted in middle.
Remove from oven and cool for 10 min.
Remove from pan and wrap in foil to continue cooling. This step will help keep the moisture in the cooling bread.

I've tasted a lot of pumpkin breads. This is my hands-down favorite.
