3 large baked Potatoes, cooled, peeled and cubed
c. Sour Cream
c. Mayonnaise
8 slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 oz. shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
2 Green Onions, sliced and then chopped
tsp. pepper
1 dash celery salt
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash paprika
1 tbs. fresh parley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Gently stir together in a large bowl using a large spoon, reserving a little cheddar, bacon and green onion for garnish
2. Transfer to a serving dish
3. Top with reserved ingredients.

Grandma Harding would buy a version of this potato salad, transfer to a bowl and add boiled eggs on top and claim she made it. lol
