4 chicken breasts pounded in 1/4 inch thickness
4 pieces of thinly cut ham
4 slices of Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp of salt and pepper
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 egg beaten slightly

Directions:
Directions:
Take the 4 chicken breasts and pound them to 1/4 inch thickness. ( it’s important to pound it thin to keep its shape and you won’t need toothpicks)Salt and pepper the breasts.

Place the ham and cheese on top of the breasts and roll. Hint- fold ham over cheese to prevent the cheese from leaking out of the ends during cooking.

Immerse the breasts in the beaten eggs and cover with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes until chicken is completely cooked.

For chicken Salten Boca substitute cheddar cheese for the Swiss.
Or remove the cheese for chicken Kiev.
