2 (14oz) cans Chunk Pineapple
6 tbsp Flour
1 c Sugar
2 c grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 stick Margarine or Butter
Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, stir together the flour and sugar, then stir in the pineapple chunks and grated cheese. Put mixture into casserole and crumble ritz crackers over the top. Melt margarine or butter and drizzle over the crumbs. Bake 375º for 25-30 minutes.
