1 Cup sugar
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 Cup boiling water
½ Teaspoon cinnamon
4 Cups peaches sliced
½ Tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and water in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add peaches. Pour into 2 Quart baking dish. Dot with butter.

Prepare ½ biscuit recipe.

Roll out dough and cut biscuits. Place biscuits on top of peaches. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.
