1 tube Refrigerator Pizza Dough
1/4 c onions
4 pieces bacon
2-3 c Brussel sprouts, sliced in half or fourths
Olive Oil
Mozzarello cheese
Balsamic Glaze

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly roll out the pizza dough and let it sit while you get the rest prepared.

Chop up a 1/4 c of onions and sauté. Take 4 pieces of bacon, cut into tiny pieces and cook until pink.

Cut up 2-3 c. of brussel sprouts, bacon, and sautéed onion.

Cover the dough with Olive Oil and then mozzarello cheese.

Bake in the 400º oven for 12-18 minutes

Pour balsamic glaze on top of the pizza, when finished.

Balsamic glaze is a much thicker consistency than regular balsamic vinegar. It works much better.
