3 Cups Cut Up Strawberries
1 1/2 Cups Cut Up (1/2 inch) Rhubarb
1 Cup Sugar (more or less depending on berry sweetness)
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon. Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Tablespoon Butter

2 Pie Crusts

Directions:

Mix together, gently.
Spoon into pie shell.
Top with:
2 Tbl butter cut up
Pre heat oven 400*
Cover with pie crust. Crimp edges. Place on pan. Wet hands and place gently on crust. Then sprinkle with a bit of sugar.
Place in hot oven.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until juice is bubbling out (also check with knife to see if flour s cooked in fruit).
Put loose piece of foil on top if crust is browning too much.
