Ingredients:  
1- c. Sugar
c. Salted Sweet Cream (Real) Butter
1 c. Ripened Bananas (the more ripened the better)
2 Eggs

1- c. Flour

1 tsp. Baking Soda
c. Buttermilk

1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Finely chop pecans.
2. Puree bananas.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat with a mixer, sugar, butter, bananas and eggs.
4. In a separate bowl stir together buttermilk and baking soda.
5. Alternately mix buttermilk mixture and flour until blended well.
6. Add pecans and vanilla.
7. Pour into bread pans and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and top is golden brown.

To Quadruple:
6 c. Sugar
2 c. Salted Sweet Cream (Real) Butter
4 c. Ripened Bananas (the more ripened the better)
8 Eggs

6 c. Flour

4 tsp. Baking Soda
1 c. Buttermilk

4 tsp. Vanilla
4 c. Finely Chopped Pecans
