2 shallots diced
4 cloves garlic minced
1 T olive oil
1 tsp. Salt
˝ C raw cashews
2 C water

1 lb. fettuccine

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté shallots and garlic in oil til soft. Add salt, cashews and water, simmer 30 min. Blend smooth
Cook pasta and drain.
Add cooked veggies (peas,corn, broccoli for pasta primavera, or add cooked shrimp and bacon.
