¼ cup butter
1½ cup diced lean pork
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
1 cup celery chopped
¾ cup hot water
1 can bean sprouts, drained
Thickening:
⅓ cup water
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet, add meat, sear quickly without browning. Add onions saute 5 min. add celery, salt and pepper and hot water. Cover and cook 5 min. Add drained sprouts. Mix thoroughly and heat to boiling, add thickening, stir lightly 5 min.
Serve over cooked rice.
