Ingredients:  
1 large head blue cabbage
¼ of a stick of butter
¼ cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of salt
¼ cup of vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry a large head of blue cabbage cut in quarters and shred.
Melt one quarter stick of butter and add cabbage
Add sugar, salt, and vinegar
Stir and fry for about 30 minutes.
More sugar, vinegar, salt may be added to taste.

Can be used as filling for pierogies
