3#'s shrimp
2#'s red and white small potatoes
corn on the cob - about 3" pieces
1# Andouille Sausage - (large link), slice in 3" pieces

3 sticks of butter
2 T garlic salt
onion powder
chili powder
cayenne pepper
paprika
salt
pepper
Old Bay seasoning
Cajun season
1 t red pepper flakes
2T honey
Lime juice
hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Set the oven to 350. Boil potatoes, shrimp and corn until all are cooked. While they cook, put sausage in the oven on a large tray. Add three sticks of butter, and 2T each of garlic salt, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, pepper, Old Bay season, cajun seasoning to a hot skillet for the sauce. Along with a teaspoon of red pepper flakes, and 2T each of honey, lime juice and hot sauce.

Stir and let simmer.

As the potatoes, shrimp and corn get done, add each to the tray in the oven with the sausage.

After the ingredients are cooked, pour the sauce over the tray and cook.

Use the above spices, but not sure of quantities of each. Taste and season to your personal liking.
