Ingredients:  
10 potatoes(diced)
2-3 Carrots(diced small)
2 Stalks Celery(diced small)
1 Onion(diced small)
1 Tbls. Minced Garlic
4-5 Pieces Bacon Fried Crisp and Diced(save Grease)
1 Can Milnot
1 Container 1/2 and 1/2
Chicken Broth
Velvetta to make cheesy(if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Potatoes, celery, carrots, onion and garlic together.
When Potatoes are tender(do not drain), Add all other ingredients, including bacon grease.
Let it simmer until becomes the consistency that you would like. If it is thinner than you like, add corn starch in cold water to thicken it
