6 six ounce salmon filets
2 tbsp. packed light brown sugar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven or grill. Coat your grill or baking sheet with cooking spray.

Combine the brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.

Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil then rub on the spice mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or grill for 5 to 6 minutes per side on heated grill.

Remove to a platter and serve immediately.
