Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 C. warm water
2 pkg dry yeast
1 C. sugar
3/4 C. lard
1/2 tsp. salt
7 C. bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix until well blended
Place in a greased bowl and cover
Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours
Slightly kneed the dough, roll out and cut out rolls on floured surface
Let rise for 5-6 hours and then bake @ 350 for 20 minutes-until brown
Butter the tops when done
