1 lb Beef or wild meat of your choice, sliced to desired thickness
1 container Yoshida's teriyaki sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cloves
2 tsp fennel seed
Crushed red pepper/cayenne pepper to desired taste
*1 tbsp honey is optional

You can change ingredient portions to your liking. Combine all ingredients and let soak for a few days. Hang on oven racks with aluminum foil at bottom to catch drippings. Cook at 250 for 20 minutes *Do not preheat oven*. Then lower temp to 200 and crack oven with wooden spoon. Dry to taste.
