2-3 lb Chuck Roast
1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 pkg Lipton Onion and Mushroom soup mix
1 pkg of Small Egg Noodles
Beef Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place Roast in Crock Pot, pour can of soup on top, add pkg of soup mix. pour a couple cans of water or enough to at least come 1/2ay up on roast.
Let cook for 3-4 hours on med or until very tender
Remove roast. Let cool and tear apart in small bite size pieces.
Add enough beef broth to the broth left from roast to cover noodles, let it start boiling, add noodles.
When the noodles are done, add the roast into the noodles.
This is Amazing Beef And Noodles! So Good!
