4 Pork Chops
3 cups dried bread cubes or crumbs
2 Tbsp. onion chopped
¼ cup butter melted
⅓ cup water
+¼ cup water
¼ tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can mushroom soup
Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops place in baking dish.
In skillet saute onions with ¼ cup butter, mix bread crumbs and ¼ cup water, with poultry seasoning, add onions and butter.
Place a mound of stuffing on top of chops.
Blend soup with ⅓ cup water and pour over mounds.
bake covered @ 350º for 45 min. then uncover bake for 15 min more.
