1 large head of iceberg lettuce
1 package of taco seasoning or any seasoning you like
1 pound ground chicken, beef, turkey or pork
chopped tomatoes
1 bag cheddar cheese
sliced black olives
sour cream
salsa

Any other veggies you would like to add

Directions:
Directions:
Wash lettuce and take off the largest leaves that you find, put aside. Take the meat you have decided on and cook in a pan as described on the back of the seasoning package, put aside too cool. Chop tomatoes, olives and anything else you have decided on.

Put out all the chopped veggies, salsa and sour cream. Then taking a lettuce leaf, add what you want then fold over like a taco.

So very easy and cuts those calories when you are craving real tacos.
