16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz crushed Pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp Green Onions, including tops, chopped
1/4-1/2 cup Green Peppers, chopped fine
2 tsp Seasoning Salt
2 cups Pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and pineapple with mixer. Stir in onion, green pepper, salt and 1/2 cup of pecans. Roll into large ball. Roll or top with remaining pecans.

Makes 2 cups.

Note: Serve with bacon-flavored crackers.
