2 cups sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
1 cup water
2¼ cups peanuts
1 tsp. butter
¼ tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar, syrup and water over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Continue to cook 15 min. or until mixture forms a ball in a glass of cold water. Meanfime spread peanuts evenly over buttered cookie sheet.
Cook syrup 10-15 min. longer till golden brown. (not dark brown)
Mix in butter and baking soda.
Pour over peanuts, when hard break into pieces.
