1 cup grits
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
lb. butter (one stick)
3 eggs
cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1cup crushed & buttered cornflakes
1 (16 oz.) roll Kraft Garlic Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits in 4 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt (as directed on package).
Cool 15 minutes. Melt butter and roll of Kraft garlic cheese together and add to grits. Beat eggs and milk together. Add sour cream. Add mixture slowly to grits. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese that has been grated or cut into small pieces and top with corn flakes. Bake @ 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
