1 cup grits
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
¼ lb. butter (one stick)
3 eggs
½ cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1cup crushed & buttered cornflakes
1 (16 oz.) roll Kraft Garlic Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits in 4 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt (as directed on package).
Cool 15 minutes. Melt butter and ¾ roll of Kraft garlic cheese together and add to grits. Beat eggs and milk together. Add sour cream. Add mixture slowly to grits. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese that has been grated or cut into small pieces and top with corn flakes. Bake @ 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
