cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
5-8 slices bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter, sugar and eggs.
Add pineapple, undrained.
Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole for 1 hour in 350 oven.
(I usually quadruple the ingredients & make 2-3 casseroles). It is good the 2nd (and 3rd) day.
