Spinach casserole Recipe

3 10oz. Frozen chopped spinach
3 hard boiled eggs
½ lb. sharp cheddar, grated
Bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Cream sauce
2 C milk
2 T butter
2 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach, then put half in a casserole dish. Top with a layer of sliced egg, then half the cheese.
Repeat.
Make cream sauce. Melt butter and flour in sauce pan, cook 1-2 min. Stirring. Add warm milk a little at a time until smooth.
Pour cream suce over spinach, cheese and egg mix.
Bake 30 min. @350º
