Crust
1 pkg Zwiebach Crumbs
1/ 2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Stick of melted butter

Filling
6 eggs seperated
1 cup sugar
1 lb. soft cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tsp. Lime juice
Pinch of salt
Whites well beaten to form peaks

Directions:
Directions:
Put crust in bottom of spring form pan. Beat 2ggs, sugar, cream cheese, sour cream
Vanilla, lime juice, salt, then fold in well beaten whites. Bake 300 1 hour. Leave in oven hour with the door closed. Then 1/2 hour with the door open.
