2 3-oz. packages cream cheese at room temperature.
2 T finely chopped celery
2 T finely chopped pecans
2 oz. blue cheese crumbled
1 T minced onion
3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and chill for about 30 minutes.

Place chopped pecans on a non stick surface such as wax paper. Remove cheese mixture from refrigerator and begin to form into a ball while rolling in the pecans.

Refrigerate until ready to use.
