3 to 4 medium onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 cans condensed beef broth
1¼ cups water
french bread
provolone cheese
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook onions in butter until lightly browned (about 15 minutes). Add broth, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 20 minutes
2. Sprinkle bread slices generously with parmesan cheese. Place under broiler. Place provolone cheese on top, until brown.
3. Add ¼ cup parmesan cheese to soup while simmering for extra flavor
