1 small cabbage
1lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup uncooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
11/2 cups water
1 (10 oz) can tomato soup
1/4 cup of shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cabbage and place in the bottom of a greased 9x15 baking dish. Brown meat and onion. Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture over cabbage. Bring tomato soup and water to a boil, pour over the top and sprinkle with cheese. cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for I hour.
