Ingredients:  
2 pounds ground beef
salt
pepper
onion
1 can chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can of water
1 bag frozen tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat and chopped onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.

In 13"x9" pan, pour hamburger meat mixture.
Combine chicken soup, cream of celery soup and can of water. Mix well. Pour this mixture over hamburger mixture.
Top with frozen Tater Tots.

Bake for 1 hour at 350. May need to cook longer until Tater Tots are done.
