Enchilada Casserole Recipe

1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 chopped green pepper
1 large chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package (12 count) for corn tortillas.
1 10 ounce can of enchilada sauce
1 can (4 ounce) Ortega diced green chilis
1 small can chopped olives
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat, pepper and onions.
Add soups, enchilada sauce, green chilis and olives. Stir well.
In baking dish, layer tortillas and meat mixture. Start and end with meat.
When done layering, top with cheese and cover with foil.

Bake for 50 minutes at 350. Let stand for 15 minutes.
