1 pie crust
3 eggs lightly beaten
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
⅓ cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Crimp edges as desired. Do not prick pastry.
Combine eggs, corn syrup,, sugar, butter, and vanilla.
Stir in pecans.
To prevent overbrowning, cover edge of pie with foil. Bake 25 min. Remove foil.
Bake 20-25 more or until filling is puffed and sppears set.
Cool.
