1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with mixer until fluffy. Beat in sour cream and sugar until well mixed. Spoon into a small bowl and refrigerate until serving time. Makes 1 1/3 cups to use with scones or over fruit.
