Remove crust from bread slices and roll slices thin with a rolling pin. Once bread is rolled, using a star shaped cookie cutter, cut out the center of the slices of bread. These can be opened faced or sandwich style. Open an can of jellied cranberry sauce and place on cutting board. Slice cranberry into slices. Using the same size cookie cutter, cut star shapes out of cranberry sauce. Open deli turkey and stack several slices on top of one another. Cut turkey onto stars or fit onto star shaped bread tucking in the corners. Spread cream cheese on bread and layer with turkey and cranberry and top with another star slice of bread.
